New Year’s Eve | 9pm | £3

Honey B Mama, Hackney’s ‘Queen of the Blues’, and Friends are once again playing us into the New Year at the Rosemary Branch Pub. And, on top of adding a taste of old-school blues to our party, they are also raising money for the Single Homeless Project with ticket sales supporting the charity and their important work.

Following in the footsteps of the greatest early American blues singers such as Bessie Smith, Memphis Minnie and Etta James, Honey B Mama powers her way through a high-octane performance of classic blues and boogie.
Joining her are her friends and superb musicians: Pete Spencer on guitar (previously of Fats Domino, Chuck Berry and Bill Haley) and Mick Eve on saxophone (previously of Georgie Fame, Geno Washington, Gonzalez, and Boney M).

The Single Homeless Project (SHP) is a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives.
