1.1. In these terms and conditions the following words shall have the meanings set out below:
“Reservation Form” means the page for the reservation of Tickets set out on the Theatre’s website.
“Venue Management” means Unattended Items Limited, 11/12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0LB.
“Theatre” means Rosemary Branch Theatre, 2 Shepperton Road, London N1 3DT.
“Confirmation” means the confirmatory note sent to you by the Theatre setting out the following details:
(i) details of all Tickets reserved
(ii) the event
(ii) and date
“Tickets” means tickets offered for sale by the Theatre for attending live, staged performances of a theatrical, performance, comedic or operatic nature in any one of the Theatre’s spaces.
1.2. The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
2. Our Contract with You
2.1 These terms and conditions govern all Contracts.
2.2 Your Contract with the Venue Management will be concluded as follows:
2.3 The prices and availability of the Tickets are specified on the Theatre’s website. These details are based on the best available information and the Venue Management is not obliged to conclude any Contract on these terms.
2.4 Where a person makes a reservation on behalf of a party, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due from the party.
2.5 Reservation services with the Theatre are only available to persons who are an appropriate age for the tickets/productions purchased. Proof of age may be required. By submitting a Reservation Form you warrant and confirm that you comply with those arrangements.
2.6 The Venue Management reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any Tickets reserved.
2.7 Tickets are paid for in full at the box office.
3. Links to Third Party Sites
The Theatre’s website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than the Venue Management. The operation of such websites is outside the Venue Management’s control and you proceed at your own risk. The Venue Management does not endorse or sponsor and is not liable for the products, services or content you access through any linked site.

4.2.1 The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, email address, telephone number, (“Personal Information”) will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of the services available on our website, subscribing to one of our email lists or when reserving tickets. Personal Information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes such as the processing of bookings and orders in connection with our online ticket reservation services and for mailing list subscriptions. The Personal Information you supply to us when you opt in to marketing communications will be used by Unattended Items Ltd to keep you up-to-date with events and activities organised by Unattended Items Ltd.
When reserving tickets you are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving news and information from Unattended Items Ltd.
Each e-mail we send you offers you the opportunity to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to do this, by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.2.2 If you would like to revise the information provided to us at any time, or feel what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by e-mailing email@example.com
4.2.3 We may from time to time ask you for further information in order to update our records or for particular purposes. We will always tell you how we will use any further information received from you. From time to time we will need to send you our website and service announcement updates.
4.2.4 You have the right to obtain from us an electronic copy of all Personal Information concerning yourself by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you decide not to use our services any further and notify us either in writing or by email as mentioned above, we shall destroy any retained Personal Information.
4.3. Log files
4.3.1 Every time someone visits our web site a log file is generated on our computer.
4.3.2 The log file records the time and date of your visit, the files that were requested, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, the referrer URL (if provided) and the browser version. We collect this information to help us diagnose problems and administer our systems and to audit the geographical make-up of users and how they have arrived at our site; that is, from what other sites have visitors arrived – this information being obtained from the referrer URL.
4.3.3 We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that you remain anonymous even though we include your IP address in our aggregate information. However, we can and will attempt to use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms and conditions, or to protect our services and other users.

They make it possible for us to provide our online ticketing service and track visitor statistics, such as returning visitors. 4.5. Use and disclosure of Personal Information
4.5.1 If you contact us we reserve the right to keep a record of that correspondence and incorporate the information it contains into our database.
4.5.2 If we are required by law or requested by the police or a regulatory or government authority investigating potentially illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the network we shall do so. We may also disclose Personal Information to appropriate third parties to assist in anti-fraud checks and investigations.
4.6. How we protect information
We take every precaution to protect your information. Save as agreed by you for marketing purposes, only employees and approved contractors/developers we may appoint from time to time, and who need the information to perform a specific job, are granted access to personally identifiable information.
4.7. Surveys and Promotions
From time to time we conduct surveys and promotions and may request information from you as part of these. Participation in these is entirely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose any information which might be required. We may also ask you whether you would like to receive promotional emails and mailings from us about our other products or services. Again, you are under no obligation to accept such information.

If you are under 18, please ensure that you obtain your parent/guardian’s consent beforehand whenever you provide Personal Information to the website. Users without such consent are not allowed to provide us with Personal Information.
5. Entire Agreement
It is the intention of the Venue Management that all terms of the Contract between the Venue Management and you are contained in these terms and conditions. If you wish to rely on any variation of these terms, you must ensure that such variation is in writing and signed by you and on behalf of the Venue Management before any Contract is made.
If any part of these terms and conditions are not enforceable then this will not affect the enforceability of any other part.
7. Safety and Enjoyment
7.1 The Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any Ticket holders to leave (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) before or during performances if it is necessary to do so.
7.2 Where possible, efforts will be made by the Venue Management to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the event or performance. However, please note some productions have a strict no latecomers policy which must be adhered to.
7.3 The Venue Management reserves the right to not permit food to be brought into the auditorium.
7.4 Mobile phones, pagers must be turned off and watches must be silenced before entering the auditorium.
7.5 To be admitted you must be in possession of a valid Ticket.
7.6 Strobe lighting, flashing lights, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions.
7.7 The Venue Management or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By entering The Theatre you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any Contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
