Performers from the streets, sheets and stages of late night London present their takes on the theme of  ‘What Keeps You Awake At Night?’.

Each show features a changing cast of dreamers, schemers, clubbers and closet geniuses, brought together by your Sleepless Stage Manager, May Dit.

Tonight’s show is hosted by chanteuse, and mistress of mirth, Chastity Belt.

Chastity Belt (Compere) is a well sought-after chanteuse, compére and all round good egg. She is the thinking man’s crumpet and the crumpet man’s thinker. As her name suggests, she can belt with the best of them and can be found doing so in some of the top cabaret venues in London and around the country.

Pi the Mime was born in 2013 at Mimetic Festival and has gone from strength to strength since then, in the UK and internationally as part of Cabarets and with his solo show. Awards: 2013 Mimetic Best Design, 2013 & 2014 Mimetic Spirit of the Festival, 2014-15 Best Burlesque Nominee, 2015 Inspiring People Through Burlesque, 2015 CWTCH Festival Winner “A talented man who will go far.”(One Stop Arts)

Carmen Monoxide is a twisted operatic cabaret singer and burlesque performer. Expect highly polished acts containing elements of opera (in which she trained), Weimar era cabaret songs, punk, and lashings of dark humour. ‘Carmen Mon Oxide took our breath away with her impressive set of pipes and phenomenal stage presence. Cameron Cook presents an excerpt from his one man show: a high-energy, low-budget, one-man performance, spawned out of anxiety, frustration, and residual optimism about it all. Cameron Cook is a theatre-maker who studied at RADA and Birkbeck and was previously a member of the Oxford Revue.

Harriet Braine is a musical comedian, who dedicates a remarkably large portion of her oeuvre to Art History. Awards: Individual Comedy Award at Buxton Festival Fringe 2017, Funny Women ‘Stage Award’ 2016, Best Newcomer Musical Comedy Awards 2016.

The Nightbus is a drag terrorist. They are a queer performer and visual artist working with multiple types of media in creating and developing work on difficult socio-political topics affecting the often overlooked, oppressed groups within contemporary society.
