From dopamine to dharma. A solo storytelling show about ADHD, breathwork and buddhism.
This work in progress show is the story of Steve Whiteley's healing journey, from chasing laughs and dopamine hits to moving into a Buddhist community and trying (badly) to meditate.
Blending stand-up, storytelling and an immersive sound design, A Mind Full explores what happens when a wide boy with impulse issues goes full mindfulness. Along the way: spiritual bypassing, compulsive behaviour and the ongoing tension between craving peace and needing the spotlight.
A raw, funny and painfully relatable look at what happens when you try to heal and your brain has other plans.

COVID-19 Safety
We encourage patrons to wear a mask while moving around the building and when seated in the theatre.
Seating is not socially distanced. The theatre is ventilated before and after every performance with regular and thorough cleaning of touch points. Hand sanitiser and face masks are available onsite.
Access
We regret that our theatre is up a flight of stairs with no wheelchair access available.
