MUSICAL COMEDY
If Mary Had The Mic: A Musical Parody
A camp, comedy musical retelling of the nativity through Mary’s words.
You’ve heard of the Nativity, but have you ever heard it from Mary’s side?
Through comedy re-writes of classic show tunes and iconic camp anthems, the Virgin Mary recounts the classic Christmas story from her perspective. Livid at being upstaged by her first born, she’s now written a one woman show to finally put her centre stage in a fabulous performance of biblical proportions.
If Mary Had the Mic: A Musical Parody is written by and starring Jessica Boshier (Round to Rita’s, Lovestuck) and directed by Jamie Morton (My Dad Wrote A Porno, Lovestuck).
