The Rosemary Branch logo is a moving triangle representing a multi-faceted space. Each plane is a different colour. The triangle shrinks and grows while rotating.

Right to Roam (work-in-progress)

Going for a walk isn't about the start and the finish, in Right to Roam it's everything that happens in between.

In Right to Roam, Matt Glover will take you on a journey, combining the personal and the political in a piece of storytelling theatre with music, poetry and spoken word. A story inspired by the Pennine Way, Britain’s first National trail opened on 24th April 1965 and the Mass Trespass of Kinder Scout, an act of (mostly) civil disobedience and collective action, on the same day in 1932. The path isn’t always straightforward: as we explore the connection with our land, getting lost is part of the process.

Praise for previous work:

★★★★★ “Beautifully human and emotional… poetic and impactful” – Lost in Theatreland
★★★★ “A special addition to the festival” – Broadway Baby
★★★★ “A thing of beauty” – The Wee Review
